To insure the quality of service provided during our tournaments, the Tournament Committee has appointed THS as the official Hospitality Service for all of our events.
All teams are mandated to book any hotel reservations through THS to insure their place in our tournaments. Any teams that do not comply will be at risk of forfeiting their acceptance.
The Amanda Post Memorial March Mania Tournament will carry Tournament Insurance.
By using THS as our booking service the Amanda Post Memorial Tournament can offer our "Act of God" Clause. This states "Should this event should be cancelled for reasons beyond the Event Organizer's control (including weather), all outstanding reservations will be released at no charge to the participants"

The primary site will be Covenant Park in Ellicott City, Maryland
All games will be played on the turf fields
U9-U10 (7v7) - $525 entry fee* - 3 games minimum
U11-U12 (8v8) - $525 entry fee* - 3 games minimum
Boys and girls divisions at each age
Premier and Classic at all ages, depending on quality of entries
