• The primary sites will be
  • Covenant Park in Ellicott City, Maryland (most likely younger age groups)
  • Cedar Lane Regional Park in Bel Air, MD
  • Carsins Run Turf Farm in Bel Air, MD
  • Harford Polo grounds in Jarresttsville, MD
  • Anne Arundel County HS Turf Fields Anne Arundel County, MD

Age Groups & Eligibility (Now offering U11 11v11)

• U11-13 (11v11 only) - $850 entry fee
• U14 and U15* - $875 entry fee
• U16 - U19* - $925 entry fee
  • * U15 thru U19 teams are required to submit a separate $350 forfeit bond check. This check will only be cashed if the team forfeits during the tournament, pulls out of the tournament after acceptances are posted. All bond checks will be destroyed at the end of tournament weekend unless previous arrangements are made.
• Divisions within each age group will be based on the quality of applicants.
• Application Deadline extended: January 25, 2013
  • Applications after the January 5th application date will be subject to a late fee. The entry fee on the payment page may not reflect the costs listed above.
  • Teams who choose to pay by credit card may be charged an additional fee.
  • Teams who choose to pay by check should make checks out to Elite Tournaments.
  • ANY TEAM PULLING OUT OF THE TOURNAMENT AFTER JANUARY 25, 2013 WILL FORFEIT THEIR ENTIRE APPLICATION FEE

There is optional tournament insurance available for individual non-US Club Soccer teams where the State Association has wrongfully denied them insurance to attend. Individual teams should check with their state associations about their secondary insurance coverage as each state may be different. Cleats for Bare Feet is a social project by greeNEWit that collects second-hand soccer equipment, especially cleats, and sends them to children across the globe. We want to help players everywhere reach their potential and to share their thanks, so you can see the impact you've had.
