SAC United Columbus Day Tournament
We are
offering online check-in for this year's tournament. This will help all out of
state teams and local teams from fighting Columbus Day traffic on Friday evening
and we encourage all teams to take advantage of this. Any team that does not use
the online check-in option will need to register their team on Friday evening
(NO EXCEPTIONS). Any team failing to register their team with either the online
process or Friday evening registration will be fined $100 and will not be
permitted to play their first game until the fine is paid. We are trying to make
this process as easy as possible for everyone.
ALL TEAMS MUST CHECK-IN (SUBMIT ROSTER, PLAYER PASSES,
ETC.)

All required documents should be emailed as a SINGLE pdf file
to wpak@elitetournaments.com by Thursday October 3rd by 5:00pm EST. Documents
received after this time will not be accepted and you will be required to
register in person on Friday October 11th.

What to
bring for On-site Check-In :
1. Two copies of your USYS State Association or US Club
approved roster to be submitted to the tournament
committee
2. Player passes for every participating player
3. Medical
releases for every participating player
4. Guest players and information
added to the bottom of the roster being submitted
(if applicable)
5. A copy of the state association's permission
to travel.
Permission to travel is not
needed for teams traveling within Region I, unless dictated by the state
association.
Other Notes:
Rosters & Guest Players
The following are the maximum roster size per age groups:
- U8-U12 (Small-sided) – 14 Players
- U12-U14 (Full-sided) – 18 Players
- U15 - U19 (Full-sided) - 22 Players, but only 18 may dress for any given game.
A team may use no more than (6) guest players, which must be approved by the Tournament Director at registration.
