SAC United Columbus Day Tournament

ALL TEAMS MUST REGISTER DURING ONE OF THE DATES BELOW OR BY E-MAIL-NO EXCEPTIONS -

Early Registration:

Early Registration by E-mail due by Thursday, September 25, 2012 at midnight

No extensions will be allowed

Online Registration Confirmation:

All teams will be notified by email if their registration has been accepted. The last possible date to recieve confirmation will be September 30th.

We will also post a list of teams registered early on this specific page by September 30th

On-site Registration:

Thursday, October 4th

12:00 PM - 5:00 PM, at Elite Tournaments Office

Friday, October 5th

3PM - 9:00 PM, at Sheraton in Columbia

What to bring for On-site Registration:

1. Two copies of your USYS State Association or US Club approved roster to be submitted to the tournament committee

2. Player passes for every participating player
3. Medical releases for every participating player
4. Guest players and information added to the bottom of the roster being submitted

(if applicable)
5. A copy of the state association's permission to travel.
Permission to travel is not needed for teams traveling within Region I, except for teams from New Jersey or as dictated by the state association.

Other Notes:

Rosters & Guest Players
The following are the maximum roster size per age groups:

U8-U12 (Small-sided) – 14 Players
U12-U14 (Full-sided) – 18 Players
U15 - U19 (Full-sided) - 22 Players, but only 18 may dress for any given game.

A team may use no more than (5) guest players, which must be approved by the Tournament Director at registration.
