Hotels
This is a "stay-to-play" event. If your team will not be "day-tripping", it must arrange lodging through the official hospitality service for all of our events, THS. THS has reserved rooms for Elite Tournaments events throughout the year, including dates when housing is in short supply. If these rooms are not consistently utilized, we will not have the cooperation of the hotels when we most need them. All teams are mandated to book any hotel reservations through THS to insure their place in our tournaments. Any teams that do not comply will be at risk of forfeiting their acceptance. We appreciate your cooperation with this required policy
The SAC Columbus Day Tournament will carry Tournament Insurance as well as the hotel cancellation insurance THS provides when teams book through them.
By using THS as our booking service, SAC can offer an "Act of God" clause. This states "should this event be cancelled for reasons beyond the Event Organizer's control (including weather), all outstanding reservations will be released at no charge to the participants"

Premier and Classic brackets at all ages,
depending on quality of entries
