Age Groups & Eligibility

Open to all boys and girls premier, elite and classic teams U12 - U19 with 3 brackets in each age group (dependent on entries)

• U12 - $675 for minimum 3 games, plus playoffs
• U13 and U14 - $700 for minimum 3 games, plus playoffs
• U15 and U16 - $895 for 3 games in true showcase format, plus a separate forfeit bond check of $350
• U17 - U19 - $925 entry fee - 3 games in true showcase forma, plus a separate forfeit bond check of $350

REGISTRATION

Registration will take place 1 hour before your teams first kick off on Friday at your first games' location. Teams are required to present at registration:

• State Association or US Club Soccer approved roster plus submit a copy of that roster
• Player cards for each player, including guest players
• Non-Notarized medical release for each player, including guest players
• The medical release forms must be signed within the last 12 months
• medical release forms
• State Association approved permission to travel form , as required by your state association
• Please add any guest players to the bottom of your roster.

Rosters & Guest Players

The following are the maximum roster size per age groups:

• U12 - U15 - 18 players
• U16 - U19 – 22 Players, but dress only 18 for any given game

A team may use no more than (6) guest players, which must be approved by the Tournament Director at registration.
