Schedules will be released on June 6, 2012

Tournament Registration
Registration will take place on Saturday, June 16th, a minimum of one hour before your team's first game at the Elite Tournaments Head Quarters Tent at the Bryantown Soccer Complex.

What to bring to registration:

2 State Association or US Club Soccer approved rosters
Player cards for each player, including guest players
Non-Notarized medical release for each player, including guest players

The medical release forms must be signed within the last 12 months

State Association approved permission to travel form (not necessary for Region I teams except teams traveling from New Jersey)
Add all guest players to the bottom of the roster being submitted. Guest players information must include a unique jersey number, player identification number and birthday, in addition to their name.
