Blast Off Soccer Tournament

Tournament Registration

When: 1 hour before the first game played on Saturday, August 13th

Where: Tournament Head Quarters at CCBC Essex & Eastern Regional

Teams will be required to present at registration:
1. Two copies of your USYS State Association, US Club, SAY, AYSO, and recreation approved roster to be submitted to the tournament committee

2. If applicable, player passes for every participating player or birth certificates
3. Medical releases for every participating player

4. Release and Waivor Liability Form for every participating player (new as of 8/5/11)
5. Guest players and information added to the bottom of the roster being submitted

Additional Information about Guest Players

Roster/Guest Player Policy:

Participation is open to accepted teams meeting the roster limit and player age limit as defined by US Soccer Guidelines and the tournaments’ permission to host.

U8 and U12 will play small-sided (8 v8) with a maximum roster of fourteen (14) players.

U12 through U16 will play full-sided (11 v 11) with a maximum roster of eighteen (18) players.

No more than 4 guest players per team.
