The Event Operations Associate will assist the VP of Operations and Director of Programs with the planning and execution of all Elite Tournaments and Elite Promotion events. Event Operations Associate will assist in field and event site set-up, equipment management, and event operation support. The Event Operations Associate will assist with communication between the event and event participant regarding payment, scheduling, special assistance and other areas. The Event Operations Associate will also manage the equipment and merchandise warehouse. This is an entry level position.

Part Time Positions
Application Deadline: Ongoing
Event Staff provide operational functions before, during, and after events. Event Staff assist with field and site set-up and take down, team registration, field marshaling, scoring, and other roles. Event Staff interact directly with teams, coaches, spectators, and officials during the event and act as initial points of contact for participants. Event Staff are temporary employees used on a per event basis.

The Sports Management Intern will assist the Director of Programs with the planning and execution of all Elite Tournaments and Elite Promotion events. Sports Management Interns will assist in field and event site set-up, equipment management, and event operation support. Sports Management Interns will receive hands on experience in all aspects of event management.

The Marketing Intern will assist the Director of Programs and the Marketing Manager with the design and creation of marketing campaigns and materials for all Elite Tournaments and Elite Promotions events. Marketing Interns will assist with website maintenance and updates. Marketing Interns will assist in the creations of print advertisements, online advertisement, and social media marketing.

Graphic and Media Design Intern
Application Deadline: Ongoing
Intern will assist the Marketing Manager with the design and creation of marketing campaign materials for all Elite Tournaments and Elite Promotions Events. Intern will also create unique logos for upcoming events that will be featured on tournament website, event clothing, and tournament manuals. This is a great opportunity for your work to gain exposure. Graphic Design Interns will also receive hands on experience in all aspects of sports marketing as well as exposure to sports event management.
