Player Combine Information

Player Combine Team Testing Schedule

The T4 Player Combine is a performance assessment testing program available to individual players participating in the NSCAA College Showcase Series.

The T4 Player Combine will test players in the following categories:

  • T4 30m Linear Sprint Test with 10m and 20m splits that additionally calculate acceleration, maximum speed and average speed.
  • T4 505 Agility Test to measure the ability to change direction without losing speed.
  • T4 Vertical Jump Test to determine lower body power.

The tests are performed under the guidance of an assessment specialist utilizing electronic measuring equipment. Such tests are typically utilized by professional and top college teams to establish a player’s baseline for soccer specific performance and help identify physical strengths and weaknesses.

Testing will be conducted on a team basis at scheduled times throughout the weekend. In no way should the testing effect your teams performance at the showcase. Players undertake sprints of approximately 4.5s and 2.5s and a vertical jump. Each player will undertake the test two times and a team will progress through the testing in approximately 35 minutes.

There is no cost for teams to participate in the performance testing. Each player (via a parent) will be provided with complimentary password protected profile on the T4 system.

Individual players have the option to access their testing results and comparisons for a $19.95 fee which will enable them to:

·View their scores across the battery of T4 Tests.

·See how their scores compare to the best, average and median scores in their team.

·Determine their rank within the overall combine event (all age groups) and compare their scores versus the events best, average and median scores.

Testing results of those purchasing will be made available to all Division I, II, III and in the US. If teams coaches schedule their teams they will be able to receive comparison scores of all players within the team that paid for reports.

Please note: Players will only see their score results and receive comparison data. A player is not able to see the names and associated scores of other players.

If your team would like to participate in the Performance Testing Program please email Matt Libber at;
