Elite Tournaments is currently accepting applications for the following positions:


Marketing Operations Associate



Elite Tournaments is seeking a Marketing Operations Associate to provide multi-departmental support in a variety of duties that align with three departments of the company. This position will work closely with the Business Development, Marketing, and Operations Departments on job functions that intercept with all three as well as independent tasks needed for each department.


Administrative & Analytical

  • Assist Tournament Directors with keeping an updated email database
  • Continually update and manage contact database
  • Report on marketing emails/campaign analytics to necessary departments as needed
  • Report on historical event data for events and clients

 Business Development

  • Assist the Director of Business Development with securing Tournament Cancellation Insurance for events
  • Secure, coordinate, and manage onsite vendors for events
  • Keep accurate and up to date records of vendor negotiations, contracts, and database
  • In conjunction with Finance Department; ensure accurate invoicing of vendors, timely payments, etc.
  • Communicate and distribute deliverables of vendor agreement(s) to relevant staff to ensure that responsibilities are delegated and delivered


  • Responsible for content creation, updating, and formatting of marketing emails/campaigns
  • Develop and execute marketing plans for events
  • Assist in updating and formatting proposals, company documents, document templates, etc.
  • Assist with social media campaigns for events and clients as needed
  • Oversee the procurement of any necessary print materials for events


  • Assist VP of Events Operations with venue sourcing; focusing on new opportunities for events while tracking venue data and communication with each venue
  • Venue contract management for all events
  • Provide Operations Department with a checklist that details the operation and communication tasks required to execute each contract
  • Update and maintain facility rental costs in event budgets if necessary
  • Track historical data of overall facility usage per event
  • Procure necessary Certificates of Insurances for all venue contracts/permits

Qualifications & Education Requirements

  • Extensive knowledge of the youth sports landscape and particularly the youth lacrosse and youth soccer tournament, club, sector, and demographic in the United States
  • Superior oral and written communications skills
  • Effective organizational skills for management of multiple tasks
  • Bachelor’s degree in Sport Management, Communications, Marketing, or a related discipline
  • Two (2) to three (3) years experience in the operation of sporting events, leagues, facilities, and/or professional teams

Preferred Skills

  • Advanced knowledge of products in Microsoft Office Suite; particularly Excel
  • Preferred experience with Adobe Creative Suite software
  • Knowledge of GotSport software application, or other applicable registration software

Additional Requirements

  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
  • Ability to work weekends, irregular hours, and travel as needed
  • Valid driver’s license and safe driving record
  • Reliable transportation
  • Employment contingent upon successful completion of a background check




Event Staff -Temporary Opportunities  



Event Staff work with full-time permanent Elite Tournaments staff to execute onsite tournament operations.  Event Staff may fill various roles during a tournament including, but not limited to, site coordinator, field marshal, score keeper, merchandise sales, setup/breakdown, parking management, and other duties.  Event Staff will be the front line of customer service assisting players, coaches, and spectators during the tournament.
