Columbia Fall Classic - Girls

The Columbia Classic Fall Tournament is open to all competitive and classic club teams looking to round off their fall season. The primary site for this event will be the Bob Lucido Fields at Covenant Park in Ellicott City, Maryland. Other sites throughout Howard County such as, Howard Community College, will also be used.  Divisions are based on age and broken down into premier and classic brackets for all ages U8 - U19, depending on the quality and number of tournament entries.




Dear Participants and Families – 

The Soccer Association of Columbia and Elite Tournaments are proud to announce a new initiative that will take place during both Columbia Fall Classic Weekends. Throughout both weekends, we will be hosting a Food Drive benefitting the Maryland Food Bank. We will be collecting non-perishable food items such as pasta, canned foods, and cereal. With Thanksgiving right around the corner, we want to help families in need keep food on their tables.

All items can be dropped off at the headquarters location of each tournament site. If you have any questions or would like to donate and cannot attend the event, please contact Cara Martin at

Tournament Application

Entry Fees:

  • U8 - 2014 (7v7): $780
  • U9 - 2013 (7v7): $825
  • U10 - 2012 (7v7): $825
  • U11 - 2011 (9v9): $850
  • U12 - 2010 (9v9): $850
  • U13 - 2009 (11v11): $925
  • U14 - 2008 (11v11): $925*
  • U15 - 2007 (11v11): $950*

*A separate performance bond of $350 is required for U14-U19 age groups


There will be a $100 late fee for all applications received after the application deadline. Any team that applied after the application deadline will not have guaranteed acceptance into the tournament.

This event will carry full tournament insurance

Our refund policy for this tournament in relation to Covid-19 will be as follows:

If we are forced to cancel the event prior to 14 days before the start of the tournament, a full refund will be given to participating teams.  Essentially, no charge will be made. 


If we are forced to cancel the event within 14 days of the start of the tournament (due to state or federal intervention), a refund minus expenses will be given (expenses will not exceed 25% of the application fee).  This will because at this point, some costs would have been incurred.  We will of course hope that once we get the green light, the event will go ahead as planned.

Donation Drive


Leveling The Playing Field collects used sports equipment to give to underpriviliged communities where children may not have affordable access to sports equipment and programs. They’ve donated over 100,000 items to youth sports organizations allowing them to reduce the cost of entry into these programs. It has also allowed these programs to hire and train more staff for additional programs and more personalized coaching. We will be collecting used sports equipment for Leveling The Playing Field at all of our tournament locations! Drop off donations at the headquarters area or with your field marshal.

Player Profile Books

Please make sure that you update your player profile information in the GotSoccer system so it is accessible by college coaches. You may need to contact your team manager or coach to add this information. This is the information that will be given to college coaches looking to recruit players.

Player Self-Recruiting

Elite Tournaments highly recommends that players reach out to the schools that they are interested in playing for. Many coaches come to our events to scout for pick up players, but will not realize that you interested in playing for their team unless you reach out to them! We also know that you have many schools that you are looking to play for that are not currently signed up to attend our event. You are encouraged to reach out to schools you are looking to attend, and let them know which events you will be playing in this season. We welcome you to invite these coaches to attend this event. If you have a coach that you are inviting to attend, please have them pre-register at the link above.
